Privacy notice

RCTD Holdings (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for personal information processed by this service, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we process

• Your account: name, company, email address and a one-way hash of your password.
• Bank statements you upload: the PDF is read on our server to extract transactions and is deleted as soon as the conversion finishes. It is never stored.
• Converted transactions: kept for 7 days so you can review and re-download them, then erased automatically. You can delete a conversion at any time. We keep the file name, bank and transaction count as a usage record.

How it is protected

• All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Statements are processed on our own server and not sent to any third party.
• Only you can see your conversions.

Accuracy

Bank layouts vary and scanned statements can be misread. Always review the preview and reconciliation result before importing into your accounting package.
